Many people suffer from this strange Health problem which is Stomach Pain or so called imbalance of Navel Center or Dharan or Nabhi. If you are from an Indian background then it is likely that you will be familiar with the concept of Dharan being out of balance.
Navel Center or Dharan or Nabhi is placed in the center of the body right under your belly button. Also referred to as Solar Plexus, the Dharan is centred at the belly button. It is not a physical body part that can be seen or dissected, but an energy centre.
Its effect can be observed by assessing the body and feeling for its pulse. When it is centered in place, you experience good physical and emotional health and a sense of vitality. Problems occur when it is out of balance.
The imbalance in Dharan can occur if a sudden movement has occurred in the body such as a fall or walking on uneven surface or you may have tripped by obstacle on the way while walking or you must have slipped in the stairs, you must have walked or driven a vehicle on a path that is full of pits. All these causes make upside down movements in the central part of your body where Navel Center or Dharan or Nabhi lies.
Symptoms or Indication of displaced naval are:
Excessive or scanty bleeding during the periods. Painful periods is one of the symptoms
Production of semen reduces very fast during unhealthy navel
Sudden and continued constipation
Vomiting or feeling of nausea
Pain in the back, thighs, calves
Intense Stomach Pain, Loss of appetite
How to Check?
One way to check for the imbalance is to relax on your back and press your belly button with the tips of all your fingers and thumb of one hand brought together. If you can feel a throbbing sensation under the navel, it means your navel centre is balanced.
It is actually checked by measuring the distance from the navel to nipples, like each time from navel to left nipple and then to right and if distance is different then you have Dharan or your naval is out of balance.
The misalignment can also be detected by comparing the distance between each of two longest toes of both the feet and the navel centre. The person is made to lie down on a flat surface facing upward. The distance between the naval and right foot longest toe is measured. The same process is repeated for the left longest toe. If there is a difference in the length of these two measurements, it indicates a shift in the naval position. However, when measuring the position by a string, care should be taken to ensure that the body is correctly aligned.
The best remedy is: Take some dry raw tea which is available in all the houses and grind it very well. Take a teaspoon of ground raw tea and have it with a glass of water this will instantly stop the stomach pain and loose motion. For some people, it may take longer to heal. Another good home remedy is that you can have fresh mint (pudina) juice.
You can fix it for yourself too. Just sit down and free your legs straight. Then fold right leg only and stretch your arms and touch the left leg toe. Keep repeating for 7 times without bending your leg. Now straighten both the legs once more. Fold left leg only and stretch your arms and touch the right leg toe. Keep repeating for 7 times. By doing this you’re Navel Center or Dharan or Nabhi or Naval will be balanced. This is the best exercise that will fix all the problems.
